    Thanks for sharing the menu ideas. I’m thinking of adding cut up fruit to the morning cereal for some natural sweetness. And I might add a meatless chili as another meal. What do you think of all the soy products that imitate meat like soy burgers?

      I like fruit in my cereal also, especially dried blueberries or cranberries. Vegetable Chili is good and we will probably have that in week 2. Soy products like tofu are a good ways to go. Just one word of caution read the labels carefully. No artificial flavorings, food additives, chemicals, white rice, white flour, sweetners and foods that contain artificial preservatives. I found online a Soy Protein powder made by Twinlab that has no flavor or any of the other mentioned products. As soon as it comes I will let you know what I think. Thanks for your commitment.
